I’m a partner at a global consulting firm. I have over 25 years experience in professional services and work with some of the world’s largest organisations, and the people that lead them.

I’ve worked my way up through the hierarchy in my firm, consistently getting promoted ahead of my peers and I’ve helped hundreds of other people do the same.

I’ve successfully doubled my salary every four years and continue to reap the rewards of following the same promotion process and advice that I've outlined on this website and in the online training course.
